Fill in the subscription form on this site and choose your package and area, or call our service centre. Our team will contact you to arrange installation.
We currently cover areas of Jerusalem and its suburbs, including Beit Hanina, Shuafat, Kafr Aqab, Al-Ram and Wadi al-Joz. The full, up-to-date list is on the coverage page, and if your area is missing you can leave your number and we will tell you when we arrive.
We offer download speeds from 100 Mbps up to 1 Gbps, with monthly prices in shekels. All packages and current prices are listed on the packages page.
Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 to 22:00, and Friday from 13:00 to 22:00. On holidays, emergencies only.

The subscriber area is at app.gofiber.co.il, and there is a button for it at the top of every page.
Download speed is how fast content reaches you, such as streaming video or browsing. Upload speed is how fast you send data, such as video calls or uploading photos and files. Both speeds are shown for every package.
